Sacramento, CA (Sports Network) - Sacramento Kings guard Kevin Martin will undergo surgery on Monday to repair a left wrist fracture. Martin is expected to miss a minimum of eight weeks following the surgery, which will fix a non-displaced hairline fracture. In his sixth season out of Western Carolina, Martin is averaging 30.6 points and 5.4 rebounds per game through five contests in 2009-10.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -Sacramento Kings leading scorer Kevin Martin will be sidelined for about two months after deciding to undergo surgery on his injured wrist.

The team said Friday that Martin will have the operation on his left wrist on Monday and is expected to miss at least eight weeks. Martin has a non displaced hairline fracture of the navicular bone in his wrist.

Nocioni was released later Thursday after posting bail. According to a report from the Sacramento Bee, Nocioni was weaving within his lane and had an odor of alcohol when speaking with a police officer.
