| New York, NY (Sports Network) - San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich will coach the Western Conference All-Stars for the February 20 showcase at Staples Center in Los Angeles. The Spurs, with a 38-7 record, have already secured the best mark in the West through the February 6 cutoff date.
